What's your equipment worth?
It depends on the make, model, age, condition and what comes with it. Tell us about it using the seller form and we'll give you a realistic figure based on what similar equipment is currently listed for in the UK, usually within 24 hours.
Do you need to move it?
No. Buyers collect from where the equipment is, in a collection window we agree with you. You just need to give access at that time. Tell us about stairs, lifts and parking so we can plan the collection.
What if it doesn't sell?
You pay nothing. There is no listing fee and nothing upfront, and you're free to take it elsewhere.
Where do you cover?
London and the South East first. If you're further afield, get in touch anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
Is this a scam? How can you tell we're real?
It's a fair question, and you should ask it of anyone selling used equipment online. Second Spring is new, so we don't have a long track record yet. Here's what you can check for yourself:
You deal with one point of contact, and you can read about Second Spring on our home page. You can view the equipment, in person or by video, before you pay anything. You get written terms before any money moves. You pay before collection, check everything with the seller at handover, and both sign a short handover note before it leaves.
We only ever send bank details from hello@2ndspring.co.uk. If anyone gives you different details, don't pay, and email us to check.
Why do you pay us and not the seller?

Can you put buyers in touch with the seller?
Not before the sale completes. We pass your questions to the seller, send back the answers, and arrange viewings.
What if the equipment isn't as described?
Tell us within 48 hours of collection, with photos. We'll agree a fix: a partial refund, missing parts, or a full refund once it's returned.
Do you deliver?
Most items are collection only. We can quote for specialist delivery if you need it.
What equipment do you sell?
Used Pilates studio equipment: reformers first, then Cadillacs, towers, chairs and barrels, from established makers such as Merrithew/STOTT, Balanced Body, Hampton, Align-Pilates and Elina.
How quickly will you reply?
We reply within 24 hours. Email only, so there's always a written record.
